Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4 PM PST will begin processing that day, and will ship within 1-2 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Holiday shipping times may vary, and you will receive notification about shipping on our website at the time of purchase.
Orders will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the location of the customer's shipping address. Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order. If you have any special requests regarding shipping and/or a shipping carrier, email jamieslyedesigns@gmail.com.
If your order is lost or doesn't arrive due to any external factor, please email jamieslyedesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible. You will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise through shipping and delivery.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We understand finding a hat with the perfect fit can be hard, and we always want to ensure you find the right one. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange provided the merchandise has not been worn or damaged. We will provide a shipping label for you to return the item(s) at no additional cost. Please email us at jamieslyedesigns@gmail.com with an explanation for the return, and we'll send you a return label. Once we receive the item(s), your account will be refunded for the price you paid for the item(s). If you would like an exchange instead, we will ship out the exchange once we receive the returned item(s), and charge you for shipping. We will process your return or exchange usually in 7 to 10 business days.
