COVID-19 Crisis: How We're Moving Forward

Reflecting back over the last couple of months seems like quite the whirlwind. As COVID-19 started to develop, we weren’t sure what to expect and we definitely didn’t foresee the impact it would have on everyone and everything around us. This experience has challenged our business in new ways, and thankfully, empowered us to think more creatively - not necessarily because we wanted to but because we had to. Our safe and social-distanced home deliveries to our virtual pop-up events to our private styling sessions, these were all ideas that turned into reality super fast. And although it’s been challenging, our number one goal throughout all of it was to stay connected with all of you, continue to build a community around us, bring joy and happiness during a time when it didn’t necessarily come easy, and to remain safe and respectful of others. Thank you to everyone for your constant support. As we look forward, we’ll be taking a lot of those new ideas (and positivity!) with us as we embark on the next couple of months. In the meantime, here’s a snapshot into all of the new things we implemented and will continue to do in the foreseeable future! We ARE open for business and we will CONTINUE to be open for business. Home Deliveries

We are hand-delivering our hats to those in the Seattle area to cut back on extra handling during this time. We will remain at a social distance while ensuring that your hat is delivered safely while guaranteeing to put a smile on your face! If you live in the Seattle area and you purchase a hat on our website, we’ll be reaching out to you to see if you’d prefer our home delivery service. 

Virtual Pop-Up Events

Since we aren’t quite sure when our in-person pop-up shops, retail events, and our wholesale trade shows will be rescheduled, we’ll continue to plan and implement our virtual pop-up events. During these online events, you’ll still be able to see our hats up close and personal, ask questions about a hat you’ve been eyeing, or even learn something new! Private Styling Sessions

Did you know we're all about personal expression and empowering those to feel confident about their own personal story? Our brand mission is all about that. To us, your hat should wear your story and say something special about you. In an effort to continue our brand mission (but virtually of course!) we'll still be offering private virtual styling sessions with every gift card purchase where you (or a friend!) will have the opportunity to see our hats up close and Jamie will have the chance to get to know you (and your unique personality!) so we can find the perfect hat for you.
